Data collected
The name, email address, and message submitted through the contact form. Technical spam protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile), which processes the IP address and browser information.
Purpose and legal basis
Replying to enquiries and preparing a potential client relationship; legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures.
Data retention
Messages are retained in email for as long as the matter requires, up to 24 months from the last contact, unless they lead to a client relationship.
Processors and transfers
Cloudflare (website hosting, spam protection, and cookieless web analytics), Resend (contact form email delivery, retains delivery logs for 30 days), Google (email). Some processors may process data outside the EU; transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. Web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) does not identify individual visitors.
